Cambodian tourist visa. Too easy. Lots of ways to do it. In part 1 I talked a bit about getting the visa via the[[Evisa]] website. Now let’s talk about getting it via the e-arrival app. So, like in July of last year, Cambodia replaced the arrival forms that they used to handout on the plane, with an e-arrival form that can be filled out on an app or on the web (http://arrival.gov.kh/). This form can be filled out any time within 7 days of your arrival. If you don’t fill it out you can still do it at the airport when you arrive, but that’s part 3. Anyway, you can now get your visa on the e-arrival app too. So if you’re the type of person who wants to have your visa before you arrive at the airport but can wait until your trip’s only a week away, this method could work for you.
I’ve never gotten a visa this way, but it sounds like it works. Download the app from the app store or play store, and well, it’s all pretty self -explanatory. You can pay for your visa via credit card and voila. Show up at the airport, skip the visa lines and tablets, and head straight to passport control. Too easy. Welcome to Cambodia!
