These bungalows are located within a park near the center of Pleiku. The look reasonably well equipped from the pictures, though I didn't go in. They sit alongside a creek. Though the views of the dirty water are not too impressive, the buildings look reasonably new and the setting is far more quiet than other options in town.
There is a restaurant on site as well as a cafe. There are also a couple restaurants just outside the park. 352,000-407,000VND (~USD17-20) per night.
