Maybe you're hungover. Maybe it's hot out. Maybe you want to get away from Phnom Penh in Phnom Penh. Maybe you want a drink made from passion fruit. All legit reasons to head to Elsewhere. Located right in the mix of the Golden Street neighborhood is this oasis. Swimming pools, beds and drinks. The music in the back ranges from drum and bass to early indy to eurogarbage. The atmosphere says hip, though you are as likely to see sweaty backpackers, families and hungover PhD students as you are hipsters.

Drinks run USD3-3.50 (USD2.5 during 5-7pm Happy Hour), beers start at USD2. Try a Passion Nirvana (Rum, passion fruit and some sugary stuff), it's nice.

They have wifi and a food menu as well, though the eats, as far as I can try to remember, weren't that memorable.

Come to swim and chill. I'll be the guy snoring. Happily.
