Staying here for the second time. I was going to stay at Balcony, but they were full up (damn you Andrew). So You Hong. Not a bad place. Run by a nice family. Basic clean (relatively) 3-4$ rooms with attached bath, TV, cold water, and ceiling fan (or 5$ if you come on a holiday weekend, grrr...). Most of the rooms are very dark, close to windowless, if that bothers you (not me). They have two front rooms with big windows, but these are usually full. Restaurant underneath has the standard Khmer spread and some Western dishes. Motorcycle rental available.
UPDATE: You Hong I is closed and doesn't look like it is reopening. You Hong II is located just off of the riverside with the same cast of characters. never stayed there before though.
